Thomas H. Phelps, ASLA, RLA
Owner and Landscape Architect
Tom is a highly experienced Landscape Architect with over 40 years of experience in the industry. He is licensed in California, Hawaii, Idaho, and Arizona, and has established himself as a leading expert in the field. In 2005, Tom incorporated his business as THPLA, INC in California and later expanded to Idaho as IDLA, INC. in 2021. When he's not working, Tom enjoys spending time with his family - he is married and has three adult children and two grandchildren.
